Original Master Splinter concept sktech

This a concept for a new , original version of Master Splinter from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The foot articulation would resemble an actual rat, such as the claws, however the arms would be more human shaped and long, the hand claws would be long sharp thick nails rather than actual claws around the fingers, in order for him to be able to clip his nails and use his fingers normally as a person would, to do all sorts of tasks, such as write, or type. The cane would conceal a blade.
